Ok, guy´s here´s the latest Update of the F1-75 Historic Edition for you, the F1-75 V.0.99.
I´m going to take a break from modding for awhile now as I´m pretty worn out and just drive instead and try to get up to speed again. And I hope that we can do some Fun Races with this mod quite soon.

Release Notes F1-75 Historic V.0.99 by JC.Case in association with BlackMagic
*****************************************************************************************************
GRAPHICS:
* All cars have working and aligned mirrors made by BM
* New steering wheels in all cars.
* Cockpits have been shaded in all cars.
* Static shadows have been added to all cars.
* New tires with Cube lightning added to all cars made by BM.
* New gauges and cockpit panels in the McLaren M23´s
* New gauges needles including a tell-tail for all cars
* New dashboards with working gauges for the Tyrrell´s T006 and the P34
* New transparent windscreen to the Williams and the Shadow´s cars thanks to BM
* The windscreen brackets that was transparent on the Parnelli and the Shadow´s is visibly now thanks to BM
* The Lotus drivers helmet´s positions have been corrected
* Mario Andretti´s helmet position has also been corrected
* A PaceCar, a BMW SLC has been added by BM at my request
Most of these Graphics Updates have been made by BlackMagic or by me by advice from him, who´s involvement in the F1-75 Project(s) really have made a change for the better and I can´t thank him enough for that.
It´s been a real pleasure for me to get to know this most helpful and kind man who has shared his wisdom with me, and by doing so has helped me to improve the two F1-75 mods to a development stage that I to be honest never thought that they would be able to reach.

----------------
PHYSICS CHANGES:
* New more "straight forward" gearing in all cars to make the gearing easier to adapt to different tracks
* The Ferrari has gotten 1-2 kph higher Top Speed by reducing it´s drag and a slight adjustment to it´s Center of Gravity.
* The Brabham´s and the Mcl M23C´s has also gotten a 1-2 kph higher Top Speed by a slight reduction of their drag
* The Shadow DN7_525 has gotten about 2 kph lower Top Speed by increasing it´s drag
* The #28 Penske´s Front downforce have been redused slightly to simulate that it doesn´t have the extra front wing flaps as the other March 751 cars have.
* The Start temperature on the Tires have been raised which makes a huge difference along with the changes to the default setup for the cars handling on the first laps.
-------------
DEFAULT SETUP:
* Default Steering Lock has been set to 18 degrees.
* Default Brake Bias has been adjusted to 57.5 per cent (%) on the front.
* Default fuel loads have been lowered to 11.9 gallon. ex 23 laps @ Kya.
* Default Tires pressures has been lowered a bit to let the tires contact patch to heat up more evenly.
* The cars have been raised 0.2 cm to the rear.
* I´ve changed rear camber settings to -0.2
These two last changes to the default setup have been made to make the cars easier to handle. And those actually makes a huge difference along with the raised Start temperature on the Tires for the cars handling on the first laps.
I went the "wrong" way with the default setup in the previous version of this mod (V.0.98b), when I listened to the ones that thought that the default setup was a bit too understeery and wanted to have that adjusted. But after hearing that some of the, let´s say "less accomplished" drivers thought that the cars where pretty hard to drive I´ve amended that by doing these changes to the default setup.
As I say in the Readme, "The cars are very nice to drive now, but they are not meant to be easy to drive though (it´s Formula 1 cars ffs)", but the default setup should be made to make them as easy to drive as possible and not to suit already skilled drivers preferences IMO, as this mod is meant for everyone regardless of their skills.
These are not changes to the cars physics though, just to their default setup which means that the cars will feel and behave exactly as before on warm tires when you use your own setups.
-------------
SETUP WINDOW:
* Added possibility to raise the cars a bit more.
* Brake Pressure adjustment has been set to 80 - 120 per cent (%).
* The Power / Coast diff settings have been narrowed down a bit. They´re still adjustably in 0.5 steps though, but between 30 per cent (%) to 85 per cent (%) now.
* Preload and Pump has been locked.
-------------
UPGRADES:
* Added Tire Squeal Volume Option with 3 alternative settings.
* Added 0.01s to the Shifter Delays to the Normal and Advanced option.
I noticed that I reached max revs about 40 meters too early on the back straight @ Zolder75 when I using the paddles compared to when I use my shifter and the Toe-Heel technique. The same thing happened at all other tracks too which means that the Shifter Delays was set to low and that´s the reason why I´ve raised them by 0.01s.
They´re still a bit too low as I still reach max revs to early when I use the paddles, but I prefer that to the opposite as the Shifter Delays are meant to simulate the time it takes to shift IRL, and not to give the paddle shift drivers a disadvantage IMO.

-------------
MISCELLANEOUS:
I´ve also included a couple of Tracks.Ini´s, which means that I´ve learned the AI´s to use the right racing line on those tracks. And if you rename one of your own setups to a track name, ex Oesterreich70.svm and then put it in your F1-75 Vehicles folder the AI cars will use that setup when you race against them at that track instead of the default setup.
-------------
KNOWN ISSUES:
There aren´t any to my knowledge other then some minor graphics work ought to be done too before a V.1.0 release
BlackMagic has used his wisdom to cure ALL the known issues that this mod has been plagued with, which means everything from fixing the new mirrors to get the cars and their graphics to work both Off and On Line, and we all (and especially me) owe him a lot for that.
-------------
INSTALLATION:
Full Install: For those of you that dont have the F1-75 V.0.98b installed.
This is a Stand Alone Mod and it will NOT overwrite any of your previous files or change any of your previous settings, except for your F1-75 Sound Folder if you got the F1-75_LE mod already Installed.
These Sound files are exactly the same though so there´s no damage done by that.
Unpack and drop the the six (6) folders (GameData, MovieFiles, Music, rFm, UIData and UserData) into your regular rFactor directory (usually found here: C:\Program Files\rFactor).
-------------
The Update: For those of you that already has the F1-75 V.0.98b Installed
Attention!
YOU WILL HAVE TO REMOVE YOUR OLD F1-75 VEHICLE FOLDER BEFORE YOU INSTALL THIS UPDATE!
(Usually found here: C:\Program Files\rFactor\GameData\Vehicles)
Unpack and drop the the three (3) folders (GameData, rFm and UserData) into your regular rFactor directory and let them over write your old files.(usually found here: C:\Program Files\rFactor).

Thanks Mauro, I´m glad that you like it
The A compound is a little bit faster then the B compound, which on the other hand is more stable and therefore a little easier to drive with then the A compound.

I have to say, excellent work guys. I just downloaded the newest version and I have 1 small issue. In the showroom it is not showing all of the car. I see the frame and tires, driver but not the chassis, in game is fine. I have all the options on high or above, my video card is very good so I'm thinking maybe I need to redownload the mod. Any other idea's, I'm listening, I wish you guys were racing the league on Saturdays, can't make it on Thursday's, that work thing you know.

Re: F1-75 Historic Edition V.0.99
Big thanks for this fun and beautiful mod! Version 0.99 is near perfect and I really enjoy sliding these cars around the rFactor tracks.
I have found some small graphic issues on the Lotus 72.
There is a hole in the windshield. Transparency issue?
The windscreen bracket is flickering. LOD issue?

Yes wrong alpha channel. Will fix it in next build. Holler if you spot more anomalies
